Cartier ruby and diamond heart brooch in 18 karat yellow gold and platinum from circa 2000s. This brooch features alternating 8 round rubies with 8 round diamonds set in a heart shaped outline. The center of the brooch features four round brilliant cut diamonds, one 0.57 carat D VVS2 (per EGL certificate), one 0.56 carat F VVS1, 0.50 carat G VVS2, and 0.53 carat E VVS2 (each with GIA certificate).
This brooch measures approximately 1.04 inches in length, 0.93 inches in width, and 0.20 inches in depth.
