Beautiful swirling design embellishes this gorgeous pin/pendant heart. It has a platinum top, 18K yellow gold back, which is very typical of the period and It is filled with approximately 3.5 carats of Old European Cut diamonds. Can be worn on a chain as both a necklace or a brooch. Circa 1905.

This heart measures approximately 1.38 inches in height, 1.16 inches in width, and 0.35 inches in depth.
