Description
A stunning 3-piece vintage suite crafted from 14kt yellow gold, featuring a striking starburst design with ruby and diamond accents. This exquisite set, aptly described as a Retro Ruby, Diamond and 14k Gold Earring and Brooch Set, includes both a substantial brooch and a pair of matching ear clips, accompanied by its original J.E. Caldwell & Co. Philadelphia hinged presentation box. The total approximate weight of the three-piece suite is 17.9 dwt.
The collection features a starburst style brooch displaying a central floret of round faceted rubies surrounded by five round brilliant cut diamond inlaid "arms" that terminate in prong-set rubies, and it is stamped "14KT". The set is completed by a pair of matched 14kt yellow gold starburst style ear clips, similarly inlaid with round faceted rubies and round brilliant cut diamonds. The ear clips are also stamped, bearing the mark "14KT Pat. 2423905".

earrings measure approx. 0.86" w x 0.84" h. Condition: Good, with light surface scratches and minor dings/dents. -
