Description
This is an antique heart-shaped locket featuring a deep blue guilloché enamel surface bordered in gold. At the center is a smaller, raised heart set entirely with pave-set paste , topped by a paste stones-set ribbon/bow. The pendant is suspended from a stone-set crown element that acts as the bail and is also set with paste stones.
