Description
English Arts & Crafts Movement 9kt Gold and Turquoise & Pearl Pendant. This pendant dates to c1900 and is reminiscent of the styles of Liberty & Co, which were produced by Murrle-Bennett & Co at the time.
This wonderful Murrle-Bennett & Co. pendant is in a heart motif and measures 1.75 inches long (with bail) . The pendant is circa 1900 and bears marks for MB & Co. and 15 ct.
The pendant has an organic sinuous form with floral motif detail in the Anglo German tradition, which is often identified with as Liberty & Co and the designs that were produced by Murrle-Bennett & Co. -
