Platinum cocktail ring with a wonderful disc of mixed sapphires and diamonds. There are 5 lighter color square emerald cut sapphires radiating out from the center, with an edge of round darker blue sapphires. All the sapphires are natural. In between the two are 8 round brilliant cut diamonds. It is numbered and signed OSCAR HEYMAN.
