Pair of 18th Century Engravings by Petitot

Description
A pair of 18th century engravings drawn by Ennemond Alexandre Petitot and published by Begnino Bossi consisting of "Grenadier a la Greque" and "Bergere a la Greque," from the series "Mascarade a la Greque," published by Bossi, Parma, circa 1771. This whimsical series poked fun at the excesses committed in the name of the neoclassical revival during the late part of the 18th century. The complete series is view-able on the Metropolitan Museum of Art's website. Dimensions listed include framing as pictured.
