Description
Creator:
Cenedese (Maker), Fulvio Bianconi (Designer)
Fulvio Bianconi is certainly one of the most relevant designers that generated the "Renaissance" of Venetian-Murano glass blowing art in the 20th century. His "pezzato" (patchwork) glasses and the "Commedia dell'Arte" figurines created for Venini are his most known and coveted works, but he also designed for Cenedese and Vistosi as well as other furnaces. This rare glass is the Cenedese version of his patchwork motif. Marked Cenedese at the bottom. -
