Pennsylvania, ca. 1740-1750.
Maple, rush seat
Condition: Excellent condition, retaining all the original feet. Re-rushed.
This rare example of a Queen Anne Day Bed is complete having a reclining back with a yoke crest above a vasiform splat. The seat frame is supported by bold bulbous turned legs and stretchers ending on turned feet. -
