Description
This is a great example of the rare Marc Newson Wicker Felt chair produced by Idee in 1990. The use of wicker in this version of the felt chair enhances the organic qualities of this Marc Newson design. It is surprisingly comfortable and has good weight although it appears light as a feather. Marc Newson is one of the most important designers working today with works held in many major museum collections, including the MOMA in New York,The Design Museum and Victoria & Albert in London, the Centre Georges Pompidou and the Vitra Design Museum.
