“Puerto #3” is a large oil and encaustic on board painting by the noted Nicaraguan-American artist, Dino Aranda. Recently a retrospective of the artist’s work entitled “A Majestic Voice of Inner Torment” was presented at the Fondo Del Sol Visual Arts Center in DC. “Puerto # 3” is a rich, textured painting on board with the Dino Aranda’s hand applied strip frame. A pencil drawing by Dino Aranda is in the collection of The Smithsonian American Art Museum Renwick Gallery.
