As viewed from the dunes, the modernist stone, glass, and wood house offers uninterrupted views of the ocean and the bay. The interior eloquently blends the structure’s sleek exterior with contemporary furnishings. Warm-colored materials and unique pieces with graceful lines counterbalance the sharp angles of the building. The more organic additions to the design – the textiles, rugs, and accessories – inspired by sea glass, fossils, and driftwood, bring out the softer side of the minimalist interior.
