Salvino Marsura

Salvino Marsura (1922-2016) was an Italian architect and designer known for his work in the field of industrial design. He was born in Venice, Italy, and studied architecture at the University of Venice.
After graduating, Marsura worked for several years as an architect, but eventually turned to industrial design, where he quickly made a name for himself. He was particularly well-known for his work in lighting design, and was one of the first designers to use fluorescent lights in his work.
Marsura's designs were characterized by their simple, elegant lines and their use of new materials such as plastics and metals. He was also known for his innovative use of color, and his ability to create lighting that was both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
