Goldwood by Boris
Goldwood by Boris is an Antwerp-based gallery specializing in 20th-century design and architectural furniture. Founded in 2008 by Boris Devis, the gallery has developed independently, shaped through sourcing, dealing, and long-term relationships with collectors and design studios. After a six-year focus on the contemporary program of Everyday Gallery, Goldwood now operates with a renewed and singular direction.
The selection is guided by a sculptural approach to furniture, where form, proportion, and presence take precedence over typology. Alongside canonical modernist works, the gallery maintains a strong interest in vernacular architecture and design, particularly alpine and folk traditions, where construction and use define the object.
Rarity, structure, and context define value.
