Description
A suite of three ink drawing on paper with writings in Spanish by Mexican artist Jose Luis Cuevas, one of the leading modern artists to break away from the Muralists movement in Mexico. Cuevas is known for a complex and somewhat dark style that reflects human psychology and its social context. Two of the drawings were marked and dated as in Madrid, 1963 and San Francisco, 1971, drawn when the artist was traveling extensively overseas.
