Ben Rouzie
American, 1921 - 2016
Ben Rouzie was an American self taught sculptor who specialized in woodworking. After serving in the Air Force in WWII, he worked as a reporter and later as a city planner, all the while studying art in his free time. It was only after he retired in the 1970's that he devoted himself full-time to sculpture.
