    Unique and exceptional talosel and resin convex "Gerbera" mirror by Line Vautrin. Talosel is a resin material invented by Vautrin. It is derived from cellulose acetate and the name is shortened form of 'acetate de cellulose elabore'. France c.1955.
    Authentification by Marie-Laure Bonnaud-Vautrin.

    As much an artist as a designer, Vautrin's prolific output encompassed jewelry, decor items, and mirrors. Her works are included in the permanent collection of the musée des arts décoratifs de Paris. Highly sought after and collectible, a similar mirror by Vautrin sold at Philips De Pury auction on 11 December 2012.
