Biedermeier Bookcase, ca. 1820

Description
Wonderful outstanding bookcase/showcase/library from early biedermeier period around 1820 from Southwest Germany. It has two black columns that stand very elegantly inside a corner at both sides. Glass and metal fittings are all original. The book matched veneer at this unique armoire is best quality and has a extremely beautiful grain at the front and t both sides. The furniture has been completely restored, is in best condition and has been hand-polished with shellac. Inside it has 5 compartments with black fabric.
