Description
Stunning, large french Art Deco Sideboard or Buffet of excellent and heavy quality from Paris around 1925.
Amazing big concave fluted or cannelured doors, which can be folded out widely and are veneered in Amboyna burl wood as well as Rosewood veneer in-between. The insides of the doors are veneered in Rosewood and polished. Interior with one oak shelf on each side.
In the center, there is a glassed bar compartment with mirrors inside and one glass shelf.
The base, legs, cornice and parts of the glass dorr frame are ebonized/black lacquered. Several chromed metal fittings and decorative trims attached.
The sideboard is in very good, restored condition and can be fully dismantled.
