19th Century English Regency Gilt Bronze Mounted Writing Table or Desk. Elegant Regency writing table, the top with an inset black leather writing surface framed with burlwood veneer and surrounded by a gilt bronze edge, on a giltwood base with a black leather foot rest and elaborate gilt bronze feet and casters. (After a design published by John C. Loudon in 1833.)
