19th Century British Colonial / Anglo-Indian Architects Desk

Description
A mid-19th century British Colonial architects desk from India of indigenous mahogany featuring four pull drawers, with two false ones on top and two brass handled pull drawers on either side, the slant top opens to storage area and compartments, resting on six fluted legs with brass paw feet. The desk can easily be adjusted for laptop use by either inserting a block of wood in the inner compartment or by hinging the top to create a level surface.
