18TH C LOUIS XVI CARVED & PAINTED WOOD CONSOLE
-
Description
This unique console is intricately carved with flowers and ribbons. Each angle offers another view of masterful craftsmanship, down the dainty feet. This piece emanates femininity; fit for the apartments of Queen Marie Antoinette as much of the Louis XVI furniture was meant to be. The aubergine marble top is neutral enough to support the hints of lavender, goldenrod and turquoise paint throughout the piece.
Please note some photos are without the marble top. -
