    A beautifully composed abstract work, translucid enamels applied to white grounds on aluminum.
    Burger, the son of Italian glass artist Walter Burger, pursued a career as an independent artist in the 1950's and 60's, and worked with his father as a designer at Laboratorio Erwin Burger. (He is also renowned today as one of the world's finest classical harmonica players.) Signature incised on LRC.
