Beautiful pair of "Congo" chairs designed by Theo Ruth and edited by Artifort, circa 1950.
This iconic chair have an unique construction feature by using tension and gravity. The back and the seat are separated into two different pieces that fit perfectly together.
Beech feet.
Excellent condition, this pair of armchairs is newly upholstered with a high quality fabric from the new collection of the French house Nobilis. Leather buttons.
