Description
Expandable original Art Deco Dining Room Table in Walnut Veneer from France circa 1930.
The plate of the table have an amazing book-matched walnut veneer, which has been hand-polished with shellac (French polished). The apron sides of the plate and the leg is also elaborately veneered. Between the two legs, there is an original, chrome-plated steeltube rail.
The two optional extending inlay plates/leaves in the middle are ebonized (polished in black) and stored separately. Underneath, the table has two hinges, that can be fixated when the table is closed at the smallest length.
The table can be extended to three different possible lengths:
