In the past decade, Pembrooke & Ives has designed a vast roster of noted residential developments, cultural centers and country clubs, currently designing over two million square feet of lobbies, amenity programs and residences in New York, Palm Beach and Miami. The firm recently expanded to the West Coast with a new Los Angeles-based office.
