Deborah Winiarski

Deborah Winiarski’s work has been included in exhibitions in New York City including at Denise Bibro Fine Art, New York Artists Equity’s Equity Gallery, and Kouros Gallery; and at venues across the United States including Heather James Fine Art, Palm Springs, California, and Jackson Hole, Wyoming; Julie Heller East Gallery and A Gallery, both in Provincetown, Massachusetts; Conrad Wilde Gallery, Tucson, Arizona; Art Wynwood, Miami, Florida; and the International Fine Art Show, Boston, Massachusetts.  In 2018, her work was included in the group exhibition, Waxing Poetic, at the Pelham Art Center.  The artist and her work are included in The Art Students League of New York on Painting:  Lessons and Meditations on Mediums, Styles and Methods.  In 2017, Ms. Winiarski presented a gallery lecture at the League entitled, The Art of Appropriation.
In addition to the mixed media classes, Deborah Winiarski teaches an ongoing series of encaustic workshops at the League. She has been a Presenter and Workshop Instructor at The International Encaustic Conference in Provincetown, Massachusetts; and, as Featured Artworks Editor, Ms. Winiarski made regular curatorial contributions to ProWax Journal.  She is also the creator and moderator of ProWax Forum, an online discussion group where topics regarding encaustic materials, technique and artistic vision are addressed.
Deborah Winiarski studied at The Art Students League of New York and abroad at Studio Giambo and Accademia D’Arte in Florence, Italy.  Ms. Winiarski holds a Masters Degree from Queens College, New York City.
Ms. Winiarski is currently affiliated with Denise Bibro Fine Art, Inc., New York City; Broadhurst Gallery, Pinehurst, North Carolina; and Elizabeth Clement Fine Art, Boston, Massachusetts.
