A rare and published Mathieu Matégot chair from the 1950s. The chair is made of a brass frame with a black padded leather cushion and backrest. The backrest tilts back slightly, for a comfortable seating position. At the top, the frame has a curved grip. The chair is in a beautiful condition with a strong patina.
