Set of four side chairs in the Neoclassical taste by Maison Jansen, each having curved back and crest rails, stiles with ornamental "bamboo" rings and delicate finials, and tapering legs terminating in sabots; lacquered wood with brass mounts, newly reupholstered; France, 1940s. This set of timelessly chic chairs are very comfortable, have notably generous seat cushions.
