Description
A very large deceptive cube marquetry box. All outer surfaces covered in inlay; tumbling block inlay comprised of satinwood, mahogany, and ebony. Typical Irish checkered inlaid corners with delicate arrow shaped inlay along the edge and top. Ebony corner accents. Relined interior of quality silk; with silver hinges, and working lock and key. First half of the 19th Century. Hand French Polished
