Art Nouveau Silver and Glass Claret Jug, Germany C.1900 J. Mayers Sohne, Austrian import marks. Fine art nouveau silver cover, upper body and handle.The glass body slightly tapered ribbed panels surround. Stamped with German Silver marks, design number 31430 and maker J. Mayers Sohne, together with Austrian import marks. Measures: 12 x 5.75 x 4 inches. Some chips to base rim glass mentioned for accuracy purposes, no cracks, otherwise body and silver very good condition.
