New York Harbor with Ferry boats and Victorian Houses - Holiday Magazine

$ 58,000
  • Description
    Steinberg's Holiday Magazine Cover, " The North of Jersey " is similar to his famous New Yorker Cover "View of the World from 9th Avenue”. It highlights important details while condensing geographic space. The Staten Island Ferry is chock-a-block with commuters cars, people and pigeons. While the surrounding waters are filled with bustling boat traffic. The distant shoreline is dotted with beautiful victorian houses and a fairy tail like ferry terminal. It’s all done in Steinberg’s characteristic quick whimsical style and exudes the vibrant energy of New York City.
