Sax Berlin has two passions, his art and music, particularly jazz. As someone who was fortunate enough to experience the great jazz clubs of New York his paintings of jazz musicians are so alive and redolent of those atmospheric, smoky dark night clubs. This piece is a colourful visual experience of those clubs and their denizens.
