-
Description
This rare and beautiful French Neoclassical was made in the early 1940s, and is attributed to Maison Dominique. The woodwork, pure line and brass accents and details are just wonderful. It features a full black leather top, with three large drawers with brass locks. Typically French Art Déco Neoclassique, this desk has been fully restored, and is in great vintage condition. A rare find.
Maison Dominique was created in 1922 by two talented decorators, André Domin and Marcel Genevrière. Maison Dominique made its reputation through the creation of its proper aesthetic showing a cubist influence, twisting it with an elegant flair. -
