Description
Large and fine French Régence period giltwood mirror, the lobed crest with maiden's head mask flanked by foliate and scroll carving, the sides with satyr heads wearing feather headresses, having foliate carved festoons, the central plates with carved gilt slips and beveled border plates, retaining much original glass and showing a good deal of original gilt surface.
