Silvio Mondino Studio is an Italian design studio dedicated to the creation of timeless light fixtures.

Each piece is designed by the founder Silvio Mondino, assembled by hand and meticulously finished in the studio. The design process blends the lessons of the Italian masters with an in depth research into the finest materials with an application of traditional Italian manufacturing methods.

Hand finished brass, painted glass, sculpted marble, woven leather are combined to achieve unique pieces, suited to the intimate space of the domestic landscape.

With a background in media arts and interactive installations, Silvio Mondino started combining digital technologies with handmade objects.

This ongoing research process led Silvio Mondino to found his own studio in 2015: a place where experimentation and production could be fused into one single design activity. The studio focuses on the production of light fixtures and home décor objects, which result from an unremitting exploration of traditional Italian manufacturing processes.
