Description
Presenting a stunning Belgian Art Deco Dame Papillon Art Deco Belgian Amber glass vase.
Made circa 1925-1930 most likely by Val Saint Lambert.
Marked. ‘Fait En Belgique’ for ‘Made in Belgium’.
It features a glorious Art Deco Butterfly lady on both the front and back.
Made of amber pressed or molded glass, it is in near mint condition with no cracks or chips.
This is a quite rare and highly desirable piece from the Classic Art Deco Era.

Dame Papillon means Butterfly Lady in French.
The year of manufacture is unknown at this point of time.
Seen in amber, green, blue and smoky brown in a clear finish.
Other colors likely are crystal and pink.
Whilst this vase has been attributed to Val Saint Lambert who are a Belgian glass company, this is yet to be confirmed. - More Information
