Modernist Sideboard with Ceramic Details - 1950's
-
Description
Midcentury modernist credenza with sliding doors from the 1950s, Belgium. The sideboard shows some very prolific details which show signs of great quality. The custom-designed and signed ceramic Perignem piece on the door panel, the sky blue laminate right door, the brass hinges, and last but not least the Macassar door handles and feet. Make this piece very unique.
We haven't been able to dedicate a designer with 100% certainty, the most likely suspects are Willy Van Der Meeren; Charlotte Perriand or Alfred Hendrickx. -
