This vintage, contemporary French Cogolin area rug deceptively showcases artisanal caliber weave making in a pleasant, almost ordinary looking form. But this design is complicated in its artistic simplicity. The all over chroma color tone of this rug is a warm tone of khaki. The vintage round rug features an open field arrangement of abstract, honeycomb grid patterns. There is no central medallion design, corner bracket quadrants, guard border or main border. The main border of this European deco rug is wide and features an embroidered looking textured look.
