This charming set of knife rests was designed by the Swiss artist Edouard Sandoz for Christofle. Each knife rest is plated silver, and each represents a different animal, from a pig to a bear. The design of the individual pieces demonstrates the Art Deco infused Cubism for which Sandoz is celebrated. Each is stamped ‘Collection Gallia’ for the Christofle line, and each is marked for Christofle. The set is accompanied by a fitted case.
