Antique eight-piece silver coffee and tea set by Tétard

Water jug: Height 19cm, width 21cm, depth 11cm

This elegant tea and coffee set features eight pieces: a teapot, a coffee pot, a water pitcher, two milk jugs, two sugar bowls, and a supporting tray. All the pieces are crafted from silver in a very refined style: the bodies of the various pots and jugs, for instance, are gently undulated, with each featuring a delicate foot and handles carved from dark wood. The set is by Tétard Frères, the famed French silversmiths, and is fully hallmarked for the maker.
