Description
A love for his 1950s wingback design motivated Vladimir Kagan to circle back and produce a more contemporary version he later named the Fiftyish Sofa. Vladimir Kagan's tendency to over emphasize curves is evident in this sofa's design. It's fresh. Modern. But true to that classic 1950s wingback silhouette. With fuller exaggerated arms and seat back, Vladimir Kagan seems to say, "You love that 1950s wingback design. Here's that and more." Timelessly stylish. Seat back wings add a sense of privacy and its angle invite you to recline in surround comfort. The sofa's arms are comfortable and angled to compliment the seat back and create natural alignment. Stainless steel legs now replace traditional walnut legs. Without a doubt, Vladimir Kagan's Fiftyish sofa emphasizes the best features of his beloved 1950s Wingback design. This Fiftyish Sofa was newly professionally reupholstered in super soft ivory white bouclé rated highly durable. The fabric's texture ventilates well and is a great choice for both warm and cooler climates. This Vladimir Kagan Sofa mixes incredibly well with most styles of decor. Its sculptural look stands on its own and is classic. Its size makes it a perfect choice for adding high design into condominiums, apartments or smaller living spaces. Only one available, globally.
