Extraordinary black enamel 18 Karat yellow gold and round cut diamond ring, ca 1980.
18k yellow gold, the wide polished gold band mounted with a round brilliant-cut diamond weighing approximately 0.90 carats, accented by black enamel, stamped "WEBB 18K".
The band, wide on the top of the finger elegantly narrows down as to fit comfortably on the finger. Each side of the ring is shaped with a half-moon border, toped elegantly with a rim of black enamel. This one of a kind ring certainly makes a bold statement.
Together with a David Webb pouch. size 6-1/2, total weight 23.9 grams.
