Pair of Art Deco Verdigris, Brass & Translucent Glass Table Lamps

Description
This stunning pair of Art Deco table lamps were realized in the United States, circa 1930. They feature volumetric circular translucent glass bases wrapped in brass with inscribed neoclassical detailing and stylized scallop shell form feet. The channeled bodies of the lamps are in a patinated bronze verdigris with a neoclassical frieze bookended in polished brass near the base, featuring stylized dancing figures. The neck of each lamps offers elongated spherical detailing in translucent glass with tiered skyscraper form brass embellishments at top and bottom. With its beautiful attention to detail and iconic Art Deco materials (and motifs) this pair of lamps is sure to delight discerning collectors of the period as well as those with a penchant for exquisite objects. The lamps have been newly rewired to American standards and are in excellent vintage condition. They come fitted with custom shades.
