Description
A French wooden coffee table, dating from the 1960s, ideal to display some books, magazines or other curiosities. This piece features exquisite woodworking with a charismatic patina, and is characterised by the geometric pattern of the sturdy wooden frame and by the cube feet. A clear design focussing on form and material rather than decorative details. This design holds an utterly well-balanced construction concealing a great sense of proportions. The two-seater, club chairs and footstool are all available in other listings. Together they make a remarkable living room set. The club chairs measure: W 90 cm, D 71 cm, H 70 cm, SH 32 cm, the two-seater: W 155 cm, D 80 cm, H 72 cm, SH 34 cm, the footstool: W 65 cm, D 55 cm, H 38 cm and the coffee table: W 95 cm, D 100 cm, H 40 cm.
This French square wooden coffee table is in good original condition and would fit well in an interior filled with several other mid-century modern pieces. - More Information
