Expertly Restored United Furniture Walnut Diamond Triple Dresser 9 Drawers 1960s
-
Description
Description: Mid-Century Modern united furniture company vintage circa 1950s nine-drawer triple dresser would work well in the bedroom as originally intended or in the living room re-purposed as an entertainment console. The long, Danish style profile beautifully compliments the proportions of a flat screen TV. A fine example of American retro furniture design. Solid construction with no particle board. Walnut wood veneer over solid wood. The drawers all feature .5" thick wood facades with dovetail joinery and metal glides. Note the design details of rounded, thick trim along the dresser perimeter and Danish style legs. Truly a spectacular piece.
Condition: Expertly & professionally restored. The old finish was chemically stripped. The walnut surfaces sanded - stained - satin-lacquered with dark enameled details, and wax-burnished for a warm luster that looks like the best patina you have ever seen! All drawers inspected, glued as needed, cleaned and work smoothly. You will love the quality of the work in this fine restoration!. -
