On offer for your consideration we have a stunning Italian art glass bowl in blue sapphire glass. The technique for this piece is when you work silver aventurine into the blue then case it in white so that the blue and silver shimmer, blue being the rarest color in this kind of work.
This piece was made in Venice, Italy in 1955 by Barovier and Toso in a wonderful biomorphic shape. -
