    A rare and elegant Italian 1940's cerused oak vanity table and accompanying stool/bench. The vanity table has one drawer centered on the apron, with two curved corner doors on either end which open out, the right side door with two interior shelves for private storage. The whole top with inset glass, which displays an open center space below in the middle drawer for displaying a beautiful collection. The three-sided folding mirror is fitted into the table and can be completely closed, with the exterior in cerused oak. The whole is supported on angled and tapered legs ending in brass sabot. The accompanying stool/bench echoes the vanity table design, with angled and tapered legs ending in brass sabot; the seat newly upholstered in channel tufted creamy European textured cotton. The vanity table has been fully restored in our professional studio, the glass and mirror glass are original; with two keys. An extremely refined piece, with graceful proportions and timeless elegance.
