Italian Art Deco Frosted Glass Six Arm Chandelier, circa 1940's
-
Description
An Italian Art Deco six arm hand-blown glass Murano chandelier; the elegantly extended black glass arms surmounted by frosted glass lined bobeche, the whole supported by a central columnar stem support with the frosted glass motif echoed in the center and also at the canopy and triangular shaped base finial ending with brass detailing. A highly stylized piece which exudes the glamour of the Art Deco period; would elevate any interior setting today. The contrast of the variations of the black, frosted and clear glass are stunning. Newly re-wired for USA lighting standards.
