    These intriguing objects, a vintage leather travel case and a silk-lined top hat, made in England in the early part of the twentieth century, are curious mementos of English style and travel history. Comprising a small rectangular travel case, with a latch mechanism, remnants of multiple travel stamped, and the address of a Mr Arkwright, the original owner, and top hat, made by Tress & Co. of London, embossed with initials 'D.L.A,' of the same. Fine pieces from the collection of an English gentleman, they will be of interest to those with an appreciation of pre-war England's style and travel history.
